I ordered a terrarium for my dad's birthday. He loved it! Mike was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions and getting the terrarium to my dad in time for his birthday.

My glass terrarium arrived in pieces despite all the bubble wrap, crinkle paper packaging and a box covered in “fragile” stickers. I sent a few pictures to Mike for reference and he immediately sent a replacement which arrived safely and in one piece. Great customer service!

Easy Build Terrarium Kit (Closed Top)

Asked many question and Mike always a fast, helpful and knowledgeable response. Bought the terrarium for my niece for Christmas gift and reached out worried about shipping and got a quick response, reassurance and plan. Placed my order and asked for a postponed shipping which he was happy to accommodate. The Terrrrarium kit had an included letter addressed to my niece and a message to reach out if any help was needed. I got to see the very fine finished product and when I ask my young niece and sister, said the instruction were easy to understand and follow.

This terrarium kit is perfect! It has all you need for a great a foundation, don’t forget yo add plants. These are sold separately. Mike has lovely plant seedlings for the finishing touch.
